    The Role:

    As an Outside Sales Consultant, you are the face of BCS. You will focus on:

    • Hunting: Actively identifying and securing new commercial clients through cold calling, networking, and strategic referrals.

    • Relationship Management: Cultivating and expanding existing accounts through exceptional service and consultative selling.

    • Strategic Presentations: Delivering polished, in-person proposals that solve complex security and communication challenges.

    • Collaboration: Working closely with our internal technical teams to ensure seamless project hand-offs and client satisfaction.


    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • Industry Experience: 3+ years of successful sales experience in Cable Infrastructure, Surveillance, Access Control, Security Alarms, or a related technical industry.

    • Proven Track Record: A demonstrated ability to generate your own leads and close high-value contracts.

    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you should be as comfortable on a construction site as you are in a boardroom.

    • Mobility: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required for travel within the Evansville territory.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a experienced and dedicated Security, Surveillance, and Access Control Installation & Service Technician to install, maintain, and service security systems, cameras, and access control devices. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring our clients’ safety.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install, test, and troubleshoot security, surveillance, and access control systems at client sites

    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system performance

    • Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation

    • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation instructions for proper setup

    • Conduct on-site assessments and recommend security enhancements

    • Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and maintenance activities

    • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all activities

    • Stay current with industry advancements and new security technologies


    Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of experience in security system installation, maintenance, and repair

    • Knowledge of CCTV, video surveillance, access control, alarm systems, and related technologies

    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various locations

    • US citizen fluent in English

    • Relevant certifications (Hanwha, DMP, Speco, S2, Galaxy) are a plus

    • Skilled in pulling, terminating, and testing low-voltage cables in compliance with code

    • Experience installing door hardware such as strikes, magnetic locks, and push/panic devices

    Work Environment:

    • Fieldwork involves travel to customer sites, including occasional out-of-town jobs requiring overnight stays

    • Physical activity required: lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces

    • On-call availability may be necessary based on company needs

    Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Cable Technician to join our team at BCS. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in installing CAT6, CAT6A, multi-pair, and fiber optic cables, as well as capabilities in cable termination and testing. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to read blueprints are essential. 


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install and terminate low-voltage cable systems, including CAT6, CAT6A, multi-pair, and fiber optic cables.

    • Conduct testing of installed cables to ensure functionality and compliance with industry standards.

    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

    • Maintain a safe and organized work environment while traveling to customer sites.

    • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

    • Be available for on-call work as needed based on company demands.


    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in low voltage cable installation and testing.

    • Proficient in installing CAT6, CAT6A, multi-pair, and fiber optic cables.

    • Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
